Interviewer instructions

The enterprises within each of the broad groups are divided into two enterprise classes. The first enterprise class refers to all OAEs and will be given code 1. All other enterprises (establishments) will comprise the second enterprise class. These constitute the usual 'non-directory' and 'directory' establishments. Code 2 will be recorded for the second enterprise class. This item will be a copying item from column 3 of block 5, schedule 0.1/0.2.
