Interviewer instructions
For those persons whose last upr was different from the place of enumeration, it is to be ascertained if the place of enumeration was their usual place of residence at any time in the past. In other words, it is to be enquired, if the person who has moved to the place of enumeration from some other place had been a resident of the present place (where he is now enumerated) earlier. Code 1 or 2 will be entered as the case may be.
